These guys are fighting over market share. I think if any of these companies can give people what they want, then the choice belongs to the people... either to get the Android or iPhone.
The main issue is that we want the computer web experience to be the same as the mobile devices and it is not supported now by the iPhone. It is an inconvenience and expensive for the business owners to have to change for each devices.
People want convenience, value and quality. I hate to say it but you can learn some aspects from Costco.
