Change Your Mundane Lifestyle...

 ...By making a decision to change your attitude. Be more focus, plan the outcome, be specific/accountable, and write four things that drive your goals forward everyday.

Yesterday I went to this wonderful Meetup seminar. The seminar is called Your Business Plan, Your business on steroids. You in control with a peace of mind. Sunil Bhaskaran is the author of book Cathaya Mind and cathayamind.com

Did you know that when you plan your schedule out, instead of saying; lunch at Gary Danko, you add the outcome – "Lunch/GaryDanko: close business deal". With this written, it is an affirmation that your are going to close the deal. It is a positive way of thinking and being focus and specific.


4 Ways to Change Your Mindset
1) Focus on Goals: Decide on what you want your goals to be 5 years, 10 years, 20 years (break it down to smaller chunks)

2) Process Specific: Be specific about how you are going to achieve it

3) Plan With the desired outcome: When you write it down in your calendar, you are confirming it and making it happen, when you write the outcome, you are putting an accountability to yourself.

4) Get help if you are stuck. Call Sunil. If you do not do something about it, you will be back to your old ways and not achieving what you want. When you talk it out with your friend, you are affirming that you are going to do this.

Be Motivated and be in that Mood and get that Energy going...
by being scared, desiring something or to help someone you care deeply about... etc for these are some ways of getting yourself motivated.
