Corporate TIp

There are three main reasons most strategies in business fail to get executed:

1) The people primarily charged with execution (employees) have little or no buy-in to the strategy

2) Employees buy-in however they don’t know precisely who they need to be and what they need to do to fulfill their piece of the execution puzzle

3) Employees are insufficiently appreciated when they do well and/or poorly held to account when their performance is less than agreed it will be Most companies spend somewhere between 1% and 3% of their annual revenues on training.

Change cannot be force- it needs to be influenced. How?
By knowing what is the needs are of the individual. People are influenced by what benefits them the most. Or what they need or what they want for themselves or for others.
