Groupon is not for everyone. Most people loves a deal and they know that the deal is good only for a limited time. It needs to be used carefully and with strategy. Groupon is an effective customer magnet when you are starting a business to get known and to get more traffic. It is also good for getting rid of excess inventory. It is an effective tool when used as a campaign strategy in advertising and promotions. It is great way to promote off season business when business is slow. It is also an effective way to get a group together to contribute to a non profit cause.
